You acknowledge that:

  • AI agents are autonomous software programs, not human employees or contractors.
  • Agent behavior, outputs, and decisions are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain errors, omissions, or unexpected results.
  • This platform uses technology at the edge of what is currently known and achievable. Unknown outcomes may occur.
  • No guarantee is made regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or fitness of any agent output for any purpose.

4. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving all work produced by AI agents before acting on it. You should not rely on agent output for critical decisions without independent verification.

5. No Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enable.io and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service or any agent output.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
